Historically we acted more like a traditional angel network in which angels and entrepreneurs gathered in a room to hear pitches, and it was the responsibility of the entrepreneur to corral and follow up with angel investors.

As of December 10, 2013, we began investing exclusively out of our $1.1mm committed fund called DAN Fund I.  As a result, we are more akin to a small venture capital firm as opposed to a loose group of angels.
